By using the ClearPixel service, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service.

Users are prohibited from uploading explicit adult content (NSFW). No other specific rules apply.

3. Payment Terms

Payment for ClearPixel services is handled by Stripe. Users purchase virtual credits with a one-time fee to process images using AI.

4. Prohibited Activities

Accounts may be terminated if users abuse discovered bugs, attempt to hack the app, or repeatedly upload explicit adult content.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including trademarks and copyrights, associated with ClearPixel are owned by ClearPixel. Users must respect these rights.

6. Termination of Accounts

ClearPixel reserves the right to terminate user accounts for violating these Terms of Service. Users will be notified of the termination and the reasons for it.

7. Limitation of Liability

ClearPixel is not liable for any disruptions in service, data loss, or other issues. Users acknowledge and accept these limitations.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of ClearPixel will be resolved through legal action.
